Please allow 1-5 days for dispatch and approximately 7-12 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order.

Retail Shipping Rates

Enjoy Free Shipping on Retail Orders Over $200 (Including GST).

Our standard retail shipping rates depend on your delivery location:

• Victoria: $14.95 for orders under $200.

• New South Wales: $14.95 for metropolitan Sydney and $19.95 for regional NSW on orders under $200.

• Rest of Australia: Shipping fees range from $14.95 to $24.95 for orders under $200, depending on your location.

• Remote Areas: Additional shipping fees may apply depending on your location and the size and weight of your order. A member of the Primary Toys team will contact you if additional charges apply.

Retail orders over $200 (including GST) qualify for free shipping within Australia.

Wholesale Freight

Enjoy Free Freight on Wholesale Orders Over $600.

Wholesale freight charges depend on the delivery location and the size of the order. Orders over $600 qualify for free freight.

New Zealand Shipping

Primary Toys offers a flat shipping rate of $30 per order to New Zealand.

Return and Satisfaction Guarantee

At Primary Toys, we stand behind our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 10 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the applicable return conditions.

Please note that returns will not be accepted after 14 days of delivery.
